Booka Crew may collect personal information voluntarily provided by users when creating an account, submitting information, communicating through the Platform, or otherwise using Platform services. For service providers, additional verification information may be collected, including business registration details, insurance documentation, tax-related information, and government-issued identification where necessary for operational, safety, and compliance purposes.
2.2 Payment and Financial Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. Booka Crew does not store full payment card numbers. However, Booka Crew may retain limited transactional and financial information, including transaction identifiers, billing and payout records, timestamps, and financial data necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, and operational purposes. Payment processors independently manage and secure payment card data under their own regulatory and security obligations.
2.3 Automatically Collected Technical Information
When the Platform is accessed or used, Booka Crew may automatically collect technical and operational information, including IP address, device identifiers, browser and operating system information, authentication and session data, usage activity, and security-related indicators. This information is used for legitimate operational purposes, including maintaining system functionality, ensuring security, detecting unauthorized activity, preventing fraud, and preserving the integrity of the Platform.
2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, session management, platform functionality, security, and performance analytics. These technologies are not used for the purpose of selling personal information or engaging in behavioral advertising. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings where applicable.

For service providers and assigned workers, the Platform may collect location information during active job engagement for legitimate operational purposes, including service coordination, safety, and platform functionality. Location tracking is limited to periods of active service engagement and is not continuous outside such periods.

Booka Crew may process certain categories of sensitive personal information, including government-issued identification, verification documentation, and location data during active service use. 4.1 Booka Crew does not sell personal information as defined under applicable law.
