These Community & Platform Rules apply to all users of Booka Crew, including customers and providers. These rules exist to maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform. By using Booka Crew, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. Respectful Behavior
Users must treat others respectfully at all times. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, abusive language, stalking, or hostile behavior are not permitted. Users must not engage in harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal.
2. Honest Use of the Platform
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts, booking services, or performing work. Users must not impersonate another person or business, falsify identity or business information, or misrepresent qualifications, services, or work performed. False or misleading information may result in account removal.
3. Fraud, Scams, and Financial Abuse
Fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes scams, payment fraud, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, false disputes, fake reviews, manipulation of ratings, or any attempt to exploit the platform or other users for financial gain. Booka Crew may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict or remove accounts involved in fraudulent behavior.
4. Off-Platform Transactions and Circumvention
All services initiated through Booka Crew must be completed and paid through the platform. Users must not attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees, rules, or protections. Circumvention may result in loss of platform protections, account restrictions, or permanent removal.
5. Safety and Lawful Conduct
Users must follow all applicable laws and must not engage in illegal, dangerous, or harmful activity. Violence, threats, theft, property damage, harassment, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. Booka Crew may immediately remove users who pose a safety risk.
6. Communication Standards
Users should communicate respectfully and professionally. Abusive, threatening, manipulative, or coercive communication is not allowed. Spam, harassment, or unwanted solicitation is prohibited. Users should use the platform for important job-related communication whenever possible.
7. Platform Integrity and Security
Users must not attempt to disrupt, damage, hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform. Unauthorized access, data extraction, automation abuse, or misuse of platform systems is prohibited and may result in permanent removal and potential legal action.
8. Misuse, Abuse, and Repeated Violations
Users who repeatedly violate platform rules, abuse dispute systems, create false claims, or engage in disruptive behavior may be restricted or removed even if individual violations are minor. Pattern-based enforcement may be applied to protect the platform.
9. Enforcement and Platform Authority
Booka Crew may investigate violations of these rules. Depending on severity, Booka Crew may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, freeze activity, or permanently remove users. Booka Crew may take immediate action in cases involving fraud, safety risks, violence, threats, illegal activity, or serious misconduct.
10. Reporting Violations
Users should report misconduct, fraud, safety concerns, or violations through the platform. In emergencies, contact local emergency services first. Booka Crew is not an emergency response provider.
